Poetry is a clear window into the heart. I often write to express the thoughts and emotions inside me--not knowing what will appear on the page but invariably discovering more about myself and the world around me.

Unanswerable Questions

Posted Saturday, January 01, 2011

Who knows me?
Who sees my soul?

I want to reach--- to cry

Why?

Why must life be this way?

Questions.

Questions rule my mind.

Yet!
Yet I’m seeing each day that I’m acting-- deciding-- living--no longer as a child.
But as a young man.

Yes-- these questions have a purpose.

Not to be answered. but to see, forevermore, what I am living for.
